SHIPPING
All orders of items in stock are fulfilled within 2-3 business days of receipt. Your item typically arrives between 4-10 business days.
If your item is currently out of stock, please contact us and we will notify you with re-stock information. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information upon fulfillment.
Domestic orders are a flat fee of $15 for 3 day select via UPS (free on orders over $150)

Bassia Bassia does not offer weekend or any bank holiday delivery.
Please contact us at orders@bassiabassia.com if you are located on a military base with special shipping needs.
RETURNS:
Bassia Bassia hopes that you will be pleased with your purchase of our stylist curated products, but if something’s not right you may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.
Products must be returned to Bassia Bassia unopened and sealed within 14 days and have a return number as issued by Bassia Bassia. Goods remain the property of the purchaser until they arrive to Bassia Bassia in sellable condition. We are unable to replace or refund items damaged in transit to Bassia Bassia. If a return is credited to the customer, the customer will be credited only the amount of the product, not for shipping costs. At this time, all returns are for store credit only.
NO REFUNDS
All returns and their shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. However, if goods are damaged in transit to the customer or the customer receives a product in error, Bassia Bassia will refund the shipping costs. We suggest using a recorded service to ensure safe return of the items. Please retain a proof of postage, and a photo of the product you are returning.
We regret we cannot offer returns or exchanges on goods that have been opened, or used, for hygiene and sanitation purposes. Please ensure the product you have purchased is one recommended by your Bassia Bassia stylist or colorist. This helps ensure your purchase is one you love.
Bassia Bassia holds the right to decline any refunds or exchanges if the return does not meet our policy requirements. Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. We are not held accountable in the circumstance that there are missing return packages and suggest insuring the returns and using a carrier that is traceable via receipt in the future.
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
